CoherenceOS Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

CoherenceOS provides a runtime AI governance platform designed to support governed autonomy in autonomous and agentic systems. This includes tools for runtime governance and generation of audit artifacts.

The Services are currently in a pre-release, experimental stage, available on an invite-only basis. Access is limited to early demos and may include bugs, limited functionality, or changes without notice.

2. Pre-Release Disclaimer

The Services are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not intended for production use. CoherenceOS makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Services.

You acknowledge that your use is at your own risk and that features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Access and Responsibilities

Access to the Services requires an invitation and may involve creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Misuse the Services, including by attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload them.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
• Share access credentials or invite others without permission.

CoherenceOS reserves the right to monitor use and suspend access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

CoherenceOS owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including any software, documentation, and audit artifacts generated.

You retain ownership of any data you input or upload ("User Data"). By providing User Data, you grant CoherenceOS a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to treat any non-public information provided by CoherenceOS as confidential and not disclose it without permission, except as required by law.

7. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CoherenceOS does not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoherenceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall CoherenceOS's total liability exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoherenceOS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

CoherenceOS may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will continue in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

12. Updates to Terms

CoherenceOS may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or on the website.
